Instructions
Each float rack comes fully assembled, here is a short rundown on how to use your new T-top float Rack, you can also go to our website Ronniemacsboataccessories.com and watch our how-to video.
1. Place 1 of the racks into a fishing rod holder on the T-top, place the other rack into the opposite rod holder. (remember they cannot be spaced out further than the floats length)
2. Next, Use the supplied short bungee cords to run from the float racks eyebolt (anchor point) back down to the bottom of the fishing rod holder, and hook it into it. (note the bungee should have tension on it)
3. Now that the racks are secured to your T-top, we are ready to place the water mat onto the rack. Now take the cinch straps and undo them where they are hanging down. (Still secured to the 1 stainless buckle nearest the rod holder)
4. Place the mat across the racks, Run the strap over the top of the mat, run the strap end back through the stainless buckle, Pull tight and Velcro it back to itself.
5. The float rack is not limited to just T-tops. Each boat is configured differently, depending on your boat's rod holder set up to determine if the float rack can be used in locations other than the T-top. (example: Behind the seat rod holders, Transom rod holders, Gunnel rod holders)
Disclaimer
Thank you for choosing Ronnie Mac’s Float Rack. Our racks are built locally in Foley, Alabama. Each rack is made with aluminum, assembled with stainless steel hardware. Here are a few things you need to know about our racks.
1. We do not recommend towing your boat with the Rack System in the boat on the road. Should you decide to do this, we have an anchor point (Eye Bolt) located on each rack. The eye bolt is for you to attach a strap from the rack to the T-tops rod holder. The driver of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for any accidents.
2. While on the water it is recommended to use the anchor, point located on each rack to secure a strap from the rack to the T-tops rod holder, The driver of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for any accidents.
3. Our Rack Systems are built to withstand the boating environment. The weight limit is strictly determined by the quality and strength of the T-tops rod holders.
4. Ronnie Mac’s Boat Accessories is not liable for any damage or accidents that may occur due to negligence. It is up to the driver of the vehicle (car, truck, boat, etc.) To make sure the Float rack and its contents are secured to the vessel.
